Shipping within the U.K



Orders placed before 2pm will usually leave Winterfold the same day, orders placed after 2pm will leave the following working day, and no longer than within 48 hours of being placed.



Our Standard Delivery of £5.00 is a Royal Mail 48, please allow 2 working days from when you place your order for your Standard delivery order to arrive. Free UK shipping on orders over £50



Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days.



 

Shipping within the EU

We use Royal Mail International for all European orders. These normally arrive within 2-5 day and are tracked. 

Shipping to EU is £14.99

Local taxes to be paid by buyer.



Shipping for USA, Canada and Rest of the world


Your exact price will be calculated at checkout on a weight basis. We use Royal Mail International for all Worldwide orders. These normally arrive within 4-10 day and are tracked.

International shipping is £23.99. Local taxes to be paid by buyer.

 Please note: you will be charged for local import duties and customs charges on the arrival of the goods in your country when orders are shipped via courier, this is out of our control and we do not mark orders as a gift to avoid this.



You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence for importing goods. These charges are out of our control and vary from country to country depending on the products ordered and the rates of duty and charges imposed by the country in which you live. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.



Winterfold is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Winterfold to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery centre and be held until pick up and payment is taken care of. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for the original shipping.
